A Dolls House-Act one

I think that the way that for one Nora is acting a little to oblivious about the whole situation that is going and they way that she thinks that nothing will happen to her because she forged the letter for "love" and to save her husband will never work to keep her out of jail if it endeds up going that far. I think that it isn't right the way that Nora's husband treats her like she is dumb, always calling her a scatter brain like she doesn't have a brain. Which for some reason she just goes along with. But i guess it because when she acts like that she gets anything that she wants. I think that Nora can kind of be a little bit out of it when it comes to her children because she treats them like they are "dolls". which can get kind of weird on her behalf . But over all I think that this play is going to get very interesting to find out what is going to happen with Nora and her little secret.

~A Dolls House!~

My name is Jasmine I enjoy beimg in Miss. Santos's class. Through the peroid of time that I have been in her class I have learned many things. One thing that I liked learning about was Julius Ceaser. I like the way that she taught it to us because it was reallt funny the way that she always said "Ceasar"! Whish bring us now to the new play that we are reading A Dolls House and the author of this play is Henrik Ibsen, he was born March 20, 1828 and died May 23, 1906. he was a Norwegian play wrighter that was resposible for the rise of the modern realistic drama. People considered his plays to be scandalous. From the way that Henrik grew up his plays are often based off of that, they often mirror his parents and the themes often deal with issues of financial difficulty. just like it was when he was growing up because his family had money issues which led his mother to turn to religion for solace, and his father declined into a severe depression then after having a ruff childhood Ibsen left home at the age of fifteen and became an apprentice druggistand began writting plays. His first play was first published whenhe was only 20 years old shortly after he left home. Then Henrik spent basicly all of his life writting plays. Which are plays that are now read and preformed still today.
